The winter enchants with its glittering snowy landscape and numerous sporting activities. The extensive approximately 245 kilometres of perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails (skating and classic) offer ideal conditions for practising Nordic sports. The alpine ski areas Geigenbühel, Geschwandtkopf and Rosshütte all start directly in Seefeld. Numerous tobogganing opportunities, curling, snowshoe hiking and an ice skating rink round off the winter holiday.
In spring and summer, fantastic hiking trails, bike tours and climbing adventures of all levels of difficulty attract visitors. A prestigious 18-hole championship golf course with perfect fairways and greens, as well as a 9-hole golf course for a game in an extraordinary mountain landscape. The Wildsee lake with the Strandperle lido and the Olympia swimming pool with adventurous water slides and excellent sauna facilities provide the perfect place to cool off.
Atany time of the year Seefeld offers a small but fine town centre with exquisite shopping opportunities, numerous culinary temptations and international flair.

The pedestrian zone of Seefeld is about a 5-minute walk away - and at the same time the villa is close to nature with adjacent meadows and walking paths.
The beginners' ski slope Geigenbühel is in the immediate vicinity (about 2 minutes' walk, even possible with skis strapped on) as well as ideal tobogganing opportunities for the whole family behind the house.
The skiing area Geschwandtkopf can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes, in 2 minutes by car or by ski bus.
The skiing area Rosshütte can be reached by car in 5 min, there is also a ski bus.
The cross-country skiing school and the cross-country skiing trail can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
There are several parking spaces directly at the house.
